Hey Ed if you want to go look t the one on BAT I'd drive. The .2 on Cross Jeep may be a good car to consider too if it checks out. The brake rotor thing should make it more negotiable IMHO.

Spoke with this owner on the phone a few days ago. Long term owner of the car. Strong spec. Could be someone's perfect GT3. Too close to RS @ 150k as others have said.

Although the spec is strong there is some strange pieces to it. Red interior deviated color(red seat betls & Red chrono) but car has PCCB.

If you are not motivated to sell, why not ask 150K and see what happens. My guess, this car sells around ask due to original owner / never tracked.

Price is approaching RS territory but only to the same degree that the performance of a GT3 is approaching that of a GT3RS. I don't think you will find a .2RS specced like this for $175k but even if you did, unless you're tracking the car, the extra $25k doesn't give you any noticeable edge performance wise. You can't come near pushing the performance envelope of an RS on on public roads without being reckless. All that to say....I think a $25k+ delta between RS and non-RS is reasonable and that's a big enough difference that it will sway some buyers to the base model.
