It has been for sale for over 3 months now, they also have a nice 997.2 RS GMG. https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/ctd...906405460.html
It is funny they changed the pictures on that ad and their craigslist ad, they were all with the miami blue wrap.
I found that it was sold at SF Sports car at around 20k miles before the wrap, same description they copied it.
I have been keeping tab on that car but have not checked it out yet as I am not quite in the market yet.
If you are definitely interested and want a Rennfax I live 30mns away so I could go check it out for you.
Also here is a previous ad I came across when I was doing my research
As far as values go the conversion is about $30K but I would pay for about half, if my 993 was sold and was making a move I would ask them to drop the price by $10K or so.
Can't hurt to ask and see what happens, this car has not moved at all and the market is getting softer so $105K would be a fair price I feel.

thanks for the info, when they had the blue wrap on I didn't even give that car a second look. But now that they took it off I am trying to see if they can do a paint meter reading on all the panels. I want to get a PPI on the car but not sure if a porsche dealer will touch a heavily modded car, will sharkwerks do ppi on their own builds?
I am sure Sharkwerks would do it, question is would the dealer agree to get the car to Fremont.
Closest Porsche dealer is Walnut Creek which is 15 mns away

Ad said before dealer took the car sharkwerks smog it and did a DME report. and it was last serviced at sonnen porsche. How far is the dealer from sonnen?
It is about 45 mns from Sonnen, it is on the other side of the bay. Not a huge deal but if the dealer is not super accommodating Walnut Creek is the next town over from where the car is located
Anyone have any information on this car? Carfax indicates some non-accident damage reported but does not specify why/who/where. Came from Reno NV area.
Also it's clearly wearing aftermarket brembo steel rotors instead of stock PCCB's in the picture.
The car is not being sold by CNC but by Advantage Motorsports USA in Concord CA http://www.amusainc.com/
Their reviews are clearly not the best which is one of the reasons why I never went to check the car out.
I don't have any first hand experience with them but if Mooty says to stay away then that is all I need to know.
when you guys say "the car",.. you need to be more specific. I believe Chiffonade & Mooty are referring to the white 2011 RS (on cars.com being sold by CNC),.. and Renaud Bizet is referring to the white 2007 Sharkwerks 3.9 (from Advantage Motorsports). Two different sellers, 2 diff cars.

I stay away from CNC
