Looks awesome...maybe I have not been paying attention but when did the .2s jump from 180-190 to 220-230? Realize this is double the mileage (21K versus 10K) but 193 with PCCBs to 220 without feels like a big jump. Merit has one in with similar miles asking 230 as well

 

Ive been watching for the past month since my gt4 was totaled. Im no expert but the last few that have shown up definitely have jumped in price and all basically bone stock

The gap has to tighten somewhat between GT3 and RS...if a car is clean, good history, not a track-car, it would seem obvious to have a premium?

Are you looking for a .2? I have noticed there are a few posters on here looking and passing on examples, I am assuming there was a 'story/reason' they passed on those cars, carfax, condition, history, etc...some will pay the higher price once they find one that does not have those issues.

Bone stock is definitely at a premium. Not many looking for a highly modified option to track at this price point. There are probably cheaper faster options to take to the track, without concern of putting ‘em in the wall.

Prices definitely rising. I felt like I was buying in to a .2 at a top recently, but things have definitely accelerated since, as we enter summer

Wonder if labeling some cars as “keepers” could be a sales tactic 🤔. 3 months doesn’t sound like much of a “keeper” to me and it’s not the first time they’ve done this.

 

I could be wrong but I don't think the car was ever listed for sale anywhere or on his website...
