RFM has an Arctic / Orange .1RS per their IG.

 

It’s the same one they had not long ago. The accents have been changed back to the factory specified orange.

The car was 1st registered in US, now in Switzerland.
The car is stock besides
- GT2 buckets
- OE half roll cage
- Dundon harmonic damper
Main options are PCM, audio plus, FAL.

I have owned the car for 9 years and did 9k miles, mainly multi day trips.

Here's where character shows. Stating in all CAPS, "NEW ARRIVAL" when it certainly isn't a new arrival shows what type of person you're dealing with.

It also states Sharkwerks exhaust but on BAT it had an RSS exhaust.

 

I was thinking the same thing, a little disingenuous to pretend that this is a new arrival and not the car that RNM’d on BaT now with orange accents but I’m sure someone will chime in pointing out that Friedman is “one of the good ones.” New arrival from the paint and decal shop back to the sales floor?

 

My motto is if you have nothing good to say do not say it, I have met RF crew in Monterey. I personally would not deal with them.

He has a black 997.2 that's been sticking around for a while. Thinking I might be able to make a deal. Yes, I've done all the searches and know about the past auction on PCA and the white wheels/interior trim.

there is no doubt the car looks clean. But if you look at the description and the build sheet they show a picture of, it makes no mention of the changes from either the white or even that it was painted after. The seat backs are painted as well.

They did just drop the price from 179 to 163k tho.

 

Yes, I'm aware of all that. I'm not sure many dealers would put that in the sales description TBH.

I'm talking in general. There were a couple of comments that were negative. Many times, you buy the seller as well.
I had a deal fall through when I got my 991.2 because the dealer in Chicago was horrible. I walked away not feeling badly at all. They just wasted a month of my time.

 

That car was traded into a local Porsche dealer by a local PCA member. Dealer had it advertised in the 150s, which at the time (winter timeframe) was below market. Its an rough example, confirmed by the local PCA owner who bought it from Pcarmarket and noted a bunch of paintwork and other issues that were not disclosed in the auction. RF got it shortly after it was advertised and has since been sitting as advertised below...you be the judge
