LBF, So what's the deal with insurance for the Singer? Do you insure it for the exact number you pay. I guess Rob has a special firm he recommends. So is an upgrade of the garage security a must?
I guess most won't have a clue what a special 911 it is.
Love the colour, you have me thinking Blues now. Are you coding the Wheels the same colour or going with the satin finish?

Car is looking good.

Saw this color on RWB's page the other day for anyone still trying to decide which way to go. Definitely unique and one I'd consider.

This is "pastel Blue" and a nice pic of it in my view but I have seen it look lighter in other pics.
Is this smilar or the same to the Singer Blue?

Insurance risk will be through my broker for replacement value (excluding pain and suffering from the wait). Wheels will be nickel/satin finish.

Seems pretty close, but blues are always tough to compare. Depends so much on the lighting and camera

Looks Gold! (Great)

Matches off nicely with the calipers. I have fallen for this colour. Nice touch leaving the bumperets un painted in nickel, I am sure you went back on that a number of times in your head but will match the rims nicely.

Not long now.

Rob saying now they are moving to a planned 2 a month build cycle so thinigs are moving along for the Singer production line.

Get your orders in lads!

LBF - I was at singer a few weeks ago and saw your car. It is stunning .. I also took a bunch of pictures, which are here:

As to my car, the body is at Aria and there was a delay due to some machinery issues there. I am now told it will be October .. bummer but what can you do.

I have picked the exterior color, it is also a blue although on the grey side. The interior is a tobacco brown. Very exciting!

Are the Audison components there to bring the OEM head unit up to current standards?

And what kind of options are they offering, as far as audio is concerned? Stock head unit with some sort of iPod interface? Always wanted to know the extent of their audio department when it comes to their cars.
