hello,
I just found this thread, so sorry for interrupting.
First, what a beautiful color combination you got there and i can't what to see superquant's singer finished.
On page 7 and 8 I saw a discussion about a color on a car, i don't now the official name of the color, several people named it different,
but if some people still want to now i can't find out, but superquant already decided what color he wants so i don't now if its necessary.
I have a few (bad)(upside down)pictures: actually it is a clone based on a 964 c4

Yes, this is a touchy subject that i have been reluctant to address on the forum. All i can say is my car is bored out to 3.8 and I am registering it and driving it in California. I have to smog it every two years. They currently have a CAT in it to get it legal, but lets just say I am not in love with the impact on sound of the engine. It is a work in progress but i have several options.
Here are some more pics in the meantime. outdoor shots ....

While we are on the topic, mine is #28, "Indiana". I chose Blood Blue with Caramel interior.

As for future value, I believe that history will be very kind to SVD. What they are doing is akin to what Shelby was doing to the AC Bristol roadsters. I think two have exchanged hands privately, I think one was the grey/orange New York car and rumor is it brought more than the build cost. From a production numbers standpoint, they have been at this since 2009 and my car is #28 with a completion date of April 2015. That means a couple hundred Singers would take a generation to complete.
I guess the value doesn't really matter since I have no plans of selling it.
Cheers to the others on this forum that are also waiting on theirs.
Matt
