This isn't a P-car, but this lap was the fastest of the TDE weekend. I'm looking forward to seeing some faster lap time vids after this MVP weekend.

COTA has the best track surface in the US hands down. I love the layout too. Very fast, but also some very technical corners. I could spend a year out there and still not have a perfect line through each corner.

That's some good driving. Coasting behind that GT-R had to cost you several seconds. I imagine an easy lap into the teens with a clear lap for you.

Thanks, but I'm not so sure I can get into the teens. A very, very high 19 may be possible with a perfect lap. My brakes weren't inspiring confidence on that run either. Pedal was mushy as the Motul was cooked. I had to double pump the pedal to get it really firm for the heavy braking zones.

Anyway, track is awesome. Everyone has to run it at least once. I bet COTA will put in their own driving school before too long, so you'll be able to fly in, drive their cars, and fly out for those of you out of state.

Quik, we won't see a 2:22 in our cars and no where close. 2:31-33 on ra1's for us. Starting to get more comfortable with the track though

Equi and I have to head back to Houston tonight, so I'd definitely like to get together with folks once the track goes cold.

I'll get there, I was signed up for this event, but backed out prematurely. Tried to get back in late to no avail. Will come when NARRA gets a date down there hopefully next year.

Nice session. Love the sound of that high revving flat six. So, were they allowin passing anywhere? Nice!

Horsepower helps a lot at COTA. Low 30's is a solid time. The track flows a little better once you start figuring out shift points and the lines a little bit. I only ran one day and I was getting a bit more comfortable by the last session.

I think tires help the most

Steve put Hoosier on and dropped 4 seconds
