They had 93 octane available on site for $5.50/gallon. I'm not sure if they plan on the same format for the MVP event. I brought in my own fuel. There is an Exxon station outside the entrance of COTA.

They asked that you use their cafeteria and onsite vendors for food and drinks.

The Exxon across the street did run out of 93 on the second day of the event, though. So I'd plan for that possibility.

Participants were told not to bring in outside food or drink, but it's not like they were searching cars at the gate or or anything. I saw plenty of of people milling around in the morning with Starbucks cups and nobody from the track complained. I think as long as you're discreet and bring in your own stuff, it would be a non-issue. Just don't set up a grill or try to feed a group, they want you to buy food from their cafeteria (which was surprising reasonable and not bad at all)

I know that they made Rick buy his bottled water (for his staff) from the track at an absurdly high price.

Anyone on the wait list for this event that wants a spot?

My transportation to Austin from Florida fell through. So I'm screwed.

If anyone wants my spot (we can have Mark at MVP swap us), or has a transportation idea from PBI to Austin, please let me know.

We still have a few spots left in our open track day at TWS on 31 January the day before COTA from 8:30 to 2-3 advanced solo only lots of test and tune time and another great track to add to your belt. 150 on Clubresgistration.net under American porsche.

Rent a trailer from Uhaul and bring it to TX? Did you try Uship or something similar to find last minute transport to TX?

If not I would like to believe Mark has a list of people waiting to get in doesn't he?

Any RL guys wanna get together for a proper Texas welcome Thursday or Friday evening? Blacks BBQ is in Lockhart TX 20 mins south of the track on the toll road.

When I was at COTA TDE , I saw individuals with bottles of water, coffee and small snacks. COTA didn't seem that strict but I may be wrong....

I will be at MVP track event shooting and covering this event. If any of you want some footage of you flying down the track let me know!

I bet the four of us would be up for something on Friday.

Stop by our garage (not sure what are number is yet). Will have 3 RS's and a cayman R in it. It would be great to meet in person.
