What did you do to your GT car today!

In my experience, if you want zero drone then you need to run side mufflers.
With stock headers, side deletes and stock center muffler you will get noticeable drone from around 2600-2800 rpm.
Now that I’ve added headers (catless), that drone is amplified by maybe 20%. It can be annoying but it’s only in that specific RPM range. I really only notice it if I’m cruising in 6th and have to slow down due to traffic. When that happens, I usually just drop into 5th gear.
Otherwise, the headers add sound everywhere you want it but cruise/off throttle is still very liveable. I don’t listen to music in this car but I can easily have a phone call at highway speeds with the windows up (it’s louder with them up).
Hope that helps!
Normally you would be correct about drone and side mufflers. But thanks to a recommendation from someone here I am running Evoms headers (with tune), side muffler delete, and sharkwerks center and I have ZERO drone. A little more horsepower, better throttle response, and it sounds amazing. Absolutely love this setup!

Welcome to the club! I'll be doing yellow seatbelts to match those yellow lines in the fabric, the 12:00 marker and the calipers.

I can't decide if I want more red or not between the red exterior color, red stitching, red inserts and soon to be red stitched steering wheel with red stripe. I will say that after having both red and yellow belts on my .1, it is nice not having to think about keeping the belts clean.

Installed the emc2 side skirts. Threw them on and went back inside. Holy crap it’s hot, must have sweated out 5 lbs of water doing this for an hour haha

I needed to swap the 997.2 RS and 991.2 Touring positions on the lift which gave me a good excuse for back to back fun shakedown drives and using the RS all day for errands (2 Home Depot trips, country club kid pickup, beer store). These cars are very practical!

Since getting this thing, I’ve neglected her. Quick plug for this car. Stellar complement. Docile around town. Weapon on track. OG Cayman still probably the best all around sports car I’ve ever driven.
But, still slowly completing interior build. Soon will have airbag and surround trim in leather to match the wheel, with orange stitch center line on airbag.

Kudo's for photo composition. I feel it's one of the most important things, along with lighting, when looking through that lens or even a crappy screen. Love the pictures.
Now to the technical stuff. Who wrapped the wheel. I eventually want to get my wheel wrapped but Dallas said they can only do it a bit thicker and I don't want my wheel any thicker than it currently is. I love the skinny wheel.

Yeah that is definitely one of the nicer garages I’ve seen. Any more details (or photos) of your E34? I’ve always had a soft spot for these

Thanks, we are finally emerging from a 5 month rebuild project to convert the old barn on our property from the previous configuration (upstairs man cave/party barn and downstairs horse stables) to my dual level garage + man cave setup. Here is the lower level:
It is a 1991 M5 with 3.6L S38 engine. I have only had it a few weeks essentially (technically longer but it was in storage during barn build) so I am still going through some of the cleanup/refresh stuff I always do when I get a new (to me) car. Currently getting overhauled AC compressor installed and suspension freshened up + general maintenance. Otherwise it is a VERY clean example especially for the 98K miles. i was looking for a much lower mileage car but they are not easy to come by and this one came along with a very clean presentation and a seller I really liked - I tend to buy the seller rather than the car and that has served me very well over the years. Here are a couple of pics:
