You should do it! 4.1 in a RS is the cat's meow 1000%

Yea I've got some 23 range 4's on the clock about 10k miles ago so I figure it will also dispel any cares or worries about that (incase i croak and it gets sold). So I feel like there is a premium for me doing it vs someone with a clean DME.

Question... now that you have me thinking.

Did you do the custom numbered carbon intake? Whats your thoughts on all my Dundon stuff including carbon intake... would a true "SW 4.1" have SW all the way around, or would I get the 4.1 done and keep all my Dundon stuff and then have Jaime make me a new tune?

Thoughts?

No, my car is a non RS. I don’t think that airbox works with my car.

I think that’s a Sharkwerks question, or a Dundon question, with regards to tuning? I imagine the Sharkwerks guys can take into account your mods when tuning the vehicle

you have dundon intake runners? + tune and headers? dundon claims close to 4 liter output with that setup…. and you’re thinking about dropping $80k on top…. net result ? 550 hp?

Hopefully this thread will get some Traction.

I’ll start. Installed @Silverlake Projects titanium studs and nuts. Studs PVD coated black and nuts coated gold. Did this to help with wheel mount and dismount and looks. I didn’t realize that it would make the car so much faster and handle way way better. A night and day difference.

The car was in the garage and lighting wasn’t the best this am. I’ll replace the pictures later this afternoon along with an install procedure.

love this wheels 🥰🥰

This past week I sold the Champion RG5B forged wheels that I had advertised for sale on the Rennlist Marketplace just a few days earlier.

These were the ones that Champion installed on my 997GT3 when it was delivered to its new owner in 2007 (not me). I liked them a lot and they were very lightweight, but, as time went on, I preferred the look of the current, more aggressive dark gray ones.

I priced the Champions very reasonably. The new owner - who has a gorgeous black 997.2 Carrera 2, is local to me. He also bought my QuickJack that I had not advertised, but no longer use.

Purchased a PTS Riviera blue car with 5277 miles. Sending it upstate for photos & storage. Special car, not for sale.

It’s not. Very similar, but a bit less mileage at 5k instead of 13. Couple other differences options wise as well.
