Looks like a good deal for PDK with sub-40k.

I’m in Chicago and could take a look at it if you wanted. To be clear, though, I’m currently a want-to-be Porsche owner.

Go ahead. I decided that I would wait for a 911s

I meant that I could look at it for someone out of town who was interested. Personally, I’m not looking for a cab.

Thoughts on this one?

https://www.shermandodge.com/used/Po...58200fc6dc.htm

It seems to be in decent shape, but it has lived its whole life in cold winter states.

Avoid Sherman Dodge. Had pretty abysmal, typical "shady dealership" tactics that were pulled on family members at that store.

Thanks. They certainly seem like the stereotypical used car dealership.

Stay away. I test drove a car there last summer, just to try a Porsche manual transmission. Without knowing anything about Porsche's at the time, I knew the car had major problems. I now believe it had bore scoring at the time. They wouldn't stop calling me about it for weeks, no matter how strongly I told them I wasn't interested. They finally stopped when I threatened to call the state attorney's general office.

Oh, great. I should have given them a fake number.

Strangely, I haven’t heard from them since. Maybe it’s because I emphasized that I would have to have a PPI done.

2009 C2 Cab, 51k miles, $41,995

Maybe not a great deal but about market for a 997.2 base cab from what I've been seeing. I've dealt with this dealership before they are a good one. They started out at $46,995 on this car, it's come down twice now.
