I am sorry but no possible way that is real. I have seen a fair number of 991.1S with ~60-80k miles in the mid $50's even, but $43.5, I don't see it. There are only three 991's under $50k in the whole country.
Probably a cut and paste from another ad. No VIN listed, and anyone with that build wouldn't give it away. Mid 50's would be a good deal
Does this car look a little too scruffy? I think the price could be a few grand lower. Buying a good high mileage car for the right price works for me. I'll put 25-30k on it a year. If I could get three years and 90k miles out of it. That would work for me.
Interior needs cleaned up and a new shift ****. I see some big scratch on glove box and the leather on the seats has satins from blue jeans. All easily fixed. Door panel lids are scratched but you can get replacements. I would want info on the brakes, belt, oil changed, and general maintenance info. There are examples of high mileage cars in here still running fine. I say offer 25k
There is high mileage wear and tear that is normal and then there is this. This car has not gotten TLC and probably means there are many lingering issues. I wouldnt touch it.

How would you fix the cracks on the leather particularly on the left bolster of the driver's seat? I ask because I have a similar condition on a seat in one of my cars.
Go to a place that specialize in leather repair. You will be surprised at what they can do. Or you can get new seat skins from Porsche. Or get a used seat in better condition.
I have a question for you guys, I'm looking at a 997 that shows 50,000 on the odometer but carfax report shows it has 75,000 miles on it. Could this be a mistake from either Carfax or the last person who reported the mileage, OR can you actually turn back the odometer on these cars? When ask the owner, he said Carfax made a mistake.

Hrm, that is odd. If it is a carfax error, then it needs to be remedied because when you register the car with 50k it is going to throw up all sorts of red flags on the carfax.

Carfax makes all sorts of clerical errors. Your best bet is to verify mileage either with registration or service records.
CarFax, right or wrong, is an element of value. A bad carfax reduces value. Figure it into your sales price. If the owner can document the error, you may be able to petition carfax to correct it.
I bought my M Roadster for about $2k less than market. Why? CarFax mileage issue. The car had 24k miles on it (crazy low for a 2000 even in 2016 when I bought it). After I bought the car, a dealer friend and carfax subscriber was able to get them to fix the error. Actually, the bad carfax was the only reason I was able to get the car at all. The seller had a ton of interest, but no offers. Carfax already had a case open when my friend contacted them. Got lucky.
