I’m not going to bother with a Fidelity warranty, the 997.2’s are pretty bullet proof

Exactly what I thought, damaged right before it was traded in, HMMMMM. Sales guy said the guy who traded it in was just waiting for his new 911 and it was just timing that the damage was when it was. Told me the guy backed into something and it was damaged. Problem for me is $1500 to ship.

I bought my 997 from this dealership and this car is close to me. Let me know if you need someone to go take some photos.Disclaimer - I have 2 kids and work 60 hours a week, so I don't know how quickly I can get there.

Contacted this dealer about the pricing on this vehicle. They told me $71,990. Just in case anyone is interested in a full natural red leather C4S with super low miles. If I am spending $70k it is either going to be for the perfect C2S or a really nice GTS. WP0AB29969S722571

Correction: $69,990, he emailed me and told me it is actually this price, not $71,990.

I've just inquired about this Aqua Blue 997.2 C2S at Rusnak this morning and they are no longer going to sell it. What gives?

This is what the SA at Rusnak Pasadena said:

"Good afternoon, Thank you for your inquiry. In regards to the 09, after inspection, we decided not to keep the car and just wholesale it instead.
Nice vehicle but needs a Navigation unit that is not covered under warranty and also needs a clutch and some other minor work."

Thats surprising. I am surprised that they wouldnt even want to sell it for that price to you instead of wholesaling it. Maybe they dont want to deal with issues that would come up after the sale and dealing with a customer that isnt happy. Going to put the vin in here also so that whoever buys it or is looking at it next knows it needs some work. WP0AB29949S721211

Good call.

Here is an update after I replied back to him.

"Hey Eric, so you wouldn't sell as is even with the issues? By wholesale, do you mean send it to auction? Factory warranty is over but when you say covered under warranty was it under the process of being CPO'd?"

"We would sell it as is at $52,000 as is...if you replace clutch and did PCM navi unit that would cost about $6000-$7000 for both... CPO cost $4750... so you are looking low $62,000 range certified."

2011 911 C2S at Park Place, that seems overpriced. $65k for a car with 44k miles and a $115k build.
