You have to take it easy PalmB,my father is your age and I would never be disrespectful toward you to answer this nor toward the working people(as I am one of them). This was meant to be funny just like the reliability of your sources.

I'm actually embarrassed for a few of the more vocal posters here. It is good entertainment like... A tabloid mag is at the airport newsstand or that reality show based on the shores of one of our states in the union.

I just got back from a round trip Toronto/Milwaukee. In 1800kms I didnt see 1 Porsche - not 1. I saw 3 991's in downtown Toronto this morning. Obviously the US is not buying Porsches, are headed to oblivion and Canada will now be the world leader for P sales

The entertainment continues - you go away for a few day and now we have 18 pages of this dribble
Vern? Vern, is that you?
Oh come on. This isn't dribble; it's 18 pages (correction: as of this writing, the page count now stands at 19...) of pure delight. Would you rather be reading, "Help! my driver-side front tire is down 3 PSI."? No, right? This is fun. Please, let the carnage continue.
Yours Truly,
Biggest Fan of the 991 vs 997 Debacle

What a coincidence! I reckon my son is your age! And he too is saving-up for a new Porsche! And I reckon he too will reach his goal in another thirteen years when he'll be old enough to obtain a driving licence.

I'm duly impressed! I wouldn't have reckoned there are three people in Canada who don't think a Porsche is that thing attached to the front of their "hoose" where they sit drinking their Molson. Let alone can afford a 991. Given your taxation I reckon a 991 must cost a million of your Monopoly money. However if they once again transport enough welfare recipients to the polls and re-elect the current US administration in November, your words may likely prove prophetic. Seems like I may have chosen to emigrate to the wrong colony. God save the Queen. (And I don't mean Sir Elton).

I remember you've stated in another thread you're 60 something... I'm 32,so don't you think you could've had a son at 30 yrs old?
Haha...this guy is hilarious but I won't succumb to insults.

Why? Have the Taliban convinced the Quebecois to join them in pillaging Anglo-Protestant Canada?

Yes, and I did, but thankfully not a preternaturally stupid one.

I'm going to unsubscribe from this remake of the Grumpy Old Men. At least Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau were funny...

Default Also driven both...

Personally i love the 991 and not looking back (where you would find the GTS). It's more comfortable, more economical, the PDK is amazing, the grip is practically endless and it's great fun on the track.

But I'm sure you would love the GTS too.
