Well, it wasn't exactly today but several weeks ago....
Decided to DIY grill mesh to the front of my 997 MKII. Could not stand trying to keep the radiator from catching all the leaves and cigaret butts so I decided to add some aluminium mesh grills to the side intakes. Next up would be the center intake once I find time again.
Also added the GT3 Tek From Lip Spoiler finally! Perfect fit and an easy job to do. My only problem was that I'm constantly grounding the front lip because by car is on lowered springs from Sharkwerks. Love the look though!
Finally also ordered the Alcantara Sports Design steering wheel and Shift Boot from Suncoast Porsche. Easy install and changed the look of my interior completely. The original wheel was nice but it just did not match the Bucket Seat from Porsche. Now with the Sports Design steering wheel, the look is complete!

Thanks, I am sure you can't wait for your air box to come in.
Bought her two H8 LED and resistor kit to replace the Halogen bulbs in the fog light. I thought about replacing the whole light to the Dectane LED or similar but read about problems and I like the stock look so I will try this first.

Finally got around to doing the gundo/fister hack.
I went for a 1.5" pipe, I wanted a higher sound and that is exactly what I got!
Shop pulled both the mufflers off in 40 mins tops, didn't have to remove rear bumper or wheels and was all finished up in 2 hours, I have to say its the best $120 I've spent!
Before and after video. This is in an underground garage, camera at head height, held revs at 1000rpm, then 2000rpm and then blipped up to about 4000 rpm. http://vid156.photobucket.com/albums...aust%20OEM.mp4 http://vid156.photobucket.com/albums...t%20Fister.mp4
