Got a porter cable polisher and supplies from chemical guys to get all the hairline scratches out...(black shows everything).
Now on the second leg of a 5 hour drive to Wilmington for work. I think I'm developing an (un)healthy infatuation with this sexy beast. We are blessed. There are no bad days in a 911...

It looks stunning! Love how the lobsters look on your car
It's summer, it's Texas. Your only weather options are hot and freaking hot. Today it was the latter. Took the unicorn on a grocery run to get ingredients to make pizza tomorrow, and some sangria to while away the time, waiting for it to cool the heck off.

Last week installed black steering wheel, shifter and e-brake in my sand-beige interior. Yesterday installed clear side markers and black ignition rosette. Today removed headlight switch bezel, removed peeling beige paint from the exposed part (the cup itself was black underneath), gave it a light sandblasting for a satin finish, reinstalled.
Also cleaned the denim discoloration from my driver's seat, 98% of the way, still want another go at it. Probably will end up re-dying my bolster. I need to order some black pigment to darken the sand-beige die so it blends.
Next week I'll re-dye the fading carpet on the rear hump and the top 4" of the rear seatback carpet that sticks up above the package shelf.
Then I'm going to spray UV blocker on the carpet, and the new set of black mats and matching package-shelf mat and put them in.
Also I need to clean the oxidation off the red plastic seatbelt latches. Will use plastic polish most likely.
One thing I'm thinking of also doing is removing the beige soft paint from the 3/4" strips on the doors just below the armrests. They get hit with the seatbelt buckles, I'm tired of touching them up. I can see they're black underneath and I'm thinking it will make a nice subtle accent in my bi-color "conversion".
