I have the same dilemma, which is why I ask when I see wheels that look like what I have on my 911...T

Finally took the 997 out to the track. Got in on a private track day at Thunderhill West with a few friends. 4 cars on track at a time, so it was really relaxed and easy to push the car. It's the first time I've taken this car out on the track, and also my first time on this particular track.

Last time I drove the track, they were still building out West, but what a fun track. While you'll have more than 4 cars on track, I highly recommend running with Hooked on Driving or with the Golden Gate PCA. Keep it shiny side up!

I've driven Thunderhill East plenty of times. Actually one of my preferred tracks around here. I prefer it over Laguna, and while Sonoma is more fun, also more dangerous.

I haven't done a HoD event in a long time, and haven't don't a PCA one yet. I often track with Speed SF, NCRC, private days, sometimes NASA or Trackmasters. I'll catch you at one of these track days. I'm usually in a black E36 track car. #16.

Finished re dying the hand brake lever and took her for a spin to the grocery store. First time in 2 weeks as I was out of town.......actually opened up the sun roof to let in the 63 degree sun.

I agree and truly feel for northerner enthusiasts, one of the reasons I love living in Central Texas.
