With the wider body and dumbo ears, the new GTS is .30 and .31 (for the PDK car). Cleaner is better to me.
Drag coefficient? I wonder what the Cd is of a top down cab? .

That was my understanding as well; all cars sold in the US starting in 2008 had to have the TPMS....

Yes.

That is correct, and something my dealer pointed out when I started to panic about 'standard' items that appeared to be missing.

You are certainly welcome to your opinion. But may ask you this: you drive a 997. Where's the "classic 911 architecture" in that?

Actually, I would still be pretty happy in the 997SC, especially from the inside.
Custom espresso-colored leather interior with the classic seats, Fuchs wheels and that beautifully subtle top. The only thing I don't like is the ducktail.

Compared to the bath mat Alcantara interior? Yeah, no contest.

Each to his own I guess.

Limited Production...means not many of us are going to be able to get one, or afford one. Surprised if they wont be asking over MSRP.

Absolutely. Buying a 3 yr old car is usually the best move financially; however many if not most Porsche buyers aren't selecting this brand because of value....

Cd values are top up on cabs.

TPMS come along as mandatory on the MY07 cars. (A few of us ordered it prior to 07).

Sounds like you have a great dealer Doug ! I'd say that car will be revered like the 993 C2S and hold value better than the other variations.

I'm not sure about the first part, but I'm hoping for the second.
