I assume you're planning to actually crimp on that terminal and also cover the rest of the exposed wire?

We understand the passion and dream, but maybe you should see a therapist or get get a girlfriend. Both would be cheaper and more productive at the end of the day. But this is entertaining and would love to see a successful end result, but don't know if I have that much time left on this earth.

Man, feel like I’ve been watching this thread for over a year.

Props for having the stones to tear apart a Porsche. I know a lot of people who wouldn’t attempt an oil change let alone what you’ve done. Taking a sawzall to one on the other hand... completely bonkers. Not sure if it was all worth it but I guess it’s yours to do what you wish.

That said, is this project coming to the end? Just interior bits?

I can't shake the feeling that somehow this car is going to shock us all and turn out great in the end, like a guy slipping and tumbling down a mountain but then sticking a perfect Olympic gold medal landing.

edit; really starting to think the solid mounts are having something to do with the unhappiness. and the catless. hoping a tune will help clear things up.
Mines catless 0 issues and sounds dope AF.

Catless related codes (P0420/P0430) would not cause the car to run poorly. Do you have an OBD2 scanner to pull codes?

no cel, no codes. Im suspecting the cup car mounts are the culprit. Only time will tell, im waiting to get the car tuned at AIM. As far as the cup car mounts go. 10/10 car feels ready to put every last pony directly to the ground. Feels way more solid in the rear compared to the old rubber mounts. I need some coilovers to match the mounts now.
got tons more stuff coming stay tuned!!

um, the end of what seems to be #phase1
i have an insatiable urge to modify the crap out of everything i get my hands on, so the mods usually dont stop until the car is getting sold 😂. That being said my planning in accordance with actually driving the car will deff be a little different.

but yea just interior stuff, the car would be fully back tg but waiting on some interior parts and some more $ 🤪
