Last Turbo I sold in late 2019 was artic silver with black leather and 19K miles and a tip, and pinned, and in fabulous condition. It brought $54k which I thought was decent back then.

the only "silver" common for 996 turbo's is arctic. iirc? it's a 420 paint code.

the polar X metropol blue is far less common. i destroyed one once. now i am a lowly arctic silver owner. while covered in snow, however. it looks less arctic and more polar lol

Look at this sweet thing of beauty. I love that color combo. Looks almost cheap at $70k. Guys and girls, do yourselves a favor and NEVER sell your 996tt. I miss mine every day.

I concur. When I was looking I found more arctics but only 1 polar. I find the polar to be a gorgeous color with it's blue tone.

I'll lock in my prediction at $67k. Polar silver is absolutely beautiful, and the Metropol blue is a great pairing. Those interior scuffs and filthy driver's floor mat will keep it from hitting $70k.

I am stunned by how much this modified 996TT went for, stunned.

When I compare that against what I have spent to date on mine doing this resto mod, not really all that surprising - if done correctly, no reason you shouldn't see the monies back.

Generally mods add little value at resale. This result is clearly an exception to that rule.

Yea but I think the RUF parts (even though it's not a RUF car) added to that number quite a bit. At the end of the day all it takes is two bidders...

Yeah it's Ruf type parts plus the bucket seats in my view. 996 with those things seem to have commanded a premium. It's like how Aerokit cars sell for more now. Just rarer novelty if nothing else.

Plus the low mileage. That seems to influence price significantly.

I don't want to talk too much crap, but I know the seller in person, and I had a friend want to bid on the car and we chatted. He did not bid on the car.
