^ That is not only a nice car, but the seller seems very reasonable: says he is replacing the clutch for whoever buys or will discount if someone wants to handle it himself plus offers to make it available for a PPI plus states the reason for sale plus lots of pics plus lists key options. If I were him though, I would definitely take some pictures in better light and in a more upscale location.
69k is not mid mileage in the car world but admit the car has a lot of life left in it. Still today most reputable/larger car lots right or wrong will whole sale a car near or at 100k= and yes I know you can find example to the contrary but I'm talking on average.

BTW, nice pic of Sandia in the background. I was just in Albuquerque about a month ago for a wrestling tournament with my son at Rio Rancho High School. Beautiful area.
