Didn't think I would ever add mine to this list, but funding deal is dragging and business needs inventory.

Wow, what a beast of a car. Not for the faint of heart but a great deal for the right buyer. Glws.

This one is close to me, in Bozeman, MT. Shop that performed PPI is legit, I bring mine to them as well. Price is high even for optimistic dealer retail pricing, and even more so considering the small market in MT for a car like this. However, it was just listed recently and winter is coming, and up here winter is the real deal.

PM if I can help in any way:

Nice 996TT for sale in my area with all the common issues seemingly resolved. Seeing manuals for sale below $40k is becoming more and more rare

Man, that used to be a high's $20k's to very low $30k's asking price car. Seems well cared for but that grey interior, yuck!

What did your house used to be worth, and what is it worth now?

Nice Turbo for the money... Seems well sorted and serviced. There not likely to get any cheaper. Someone should jump on it! And I can't remember clean manual 6Turbo's with higher mileage *ever* being under $30K unless somebody undersold it.

2002 Porsche 911 Turbo (996TT) Coupe - $37000 (san jose downtown)
Up for sale is my 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe, model 996TT with 6 speed manual transmission. This is a beautiful example in arctic silver metallic over supple graphite grey full leather interior. Seats include the crest embossed into the headrest and are fully heated. Exterior condition is great for its age, although it's a driver not a garage queen. Interior is pretty much flawless.

Easily the fastest car I've driven and always capable of putting a smile on my face. The 3.6L TT Mezger engine is legendary for being bulletproof and carries the lineage of the air cooled case mated to modern water cooled heads derived from the famous 959. Get the best of both the air cooled and water cooled worlds with the 996TT and never have to worry about IMS failures like the infamous normal 996 M96 engine. These cars have stopped going down and have begun appreciating in value.

All the typical 996 turbo stuff is taken care of with this car. No leaks of any kind. Everything works, no excuses, I daily drive this car and wanted it right. Clutch slave cylinder lines were replaced along with the accumulator which are common failure points. Spoiler was upgraded to electronic, since the stock hydraulic spoiler is a common failure point. No problems with second gear popping out. Water pump and some coolant hoses were replaced with the latest updated Porsche part so no need to worry about pinning those lines. Boosts to 0.7bar like it's supposed to with no hesitation.

Clean CarFax, never been involved in an accident, clear CA title in my name in hand.

Recent services:
- New water pump
- New clutch at ~90k miles
- New alternator and accessory belt
- New spark plugs and 997TT coil update
- New engine mounts
- New forged diverter valves
- New electronic spoiler kit ($1600 - these are hydraulic on 996TTs and always leak and fail)
- New cabin air filter and main air filter
- New clutch accumulator and high pressure lines
- New front right lower control arm (ball joint wore out and squeaked)
- New front spoiler/splitter
- Double din Alpine ILX-107 Apple wireless CarPlay
- New transmission and differential fluid

Multiple P-Car owner, PCA member, and firm on price. Prefer text to calls since I can't always answer unless after 6 PM. (669) 231-9918

Default Four 996 turbos for sale

I drove past these on my way home from Cantrell's on Friday and figured I'd stop and take a pic. If anyone's shopping, Park Palce had 4 I saw and at least one 997tt too. 2 or 3 of them were tips.

Cars are not houses. House values also don't universally appreciate

Obviously, but the value or cost of any asset will fluctuate, over time.

Never mind. Website says Artic silver wrapped in Signal Green. Still looks a lot more like Gelbgrun than signal green.

If it really is in Beverly Hills, it's very close by...

Just took a look at those Park Place cars. Interesting that the x50 car is asking in the low 40s. Even with 70k plus miles that seems low for retail asking price on an x50 car. Wonder if there's a story.

Others are in high $40s to mid $50s, with average mileage, which seems about right for retail asking.

Carfax on that one shows several mileage inconsistencies due to the gauge cluster that was replaced with a lower mileage one. Who knows that the mileage really is, you'd have to trust the seller is honest. Mileage inconsistency, tip, and those decals really seem to hurt the value on this one
