Stock rails. I'll upgrade the rails when I build the bottom end. AMS ypipe for a 997 turbo.

Just set up the new Quickjack... I think it's going to work out well!

I'd love to have a proper lift, but my shop really isn't ideal for one and I don't really want to give up the space.

I'd love to hear more about this. I don't have the height to install a lift, but would love a quicker solution than jacking corners, especially since I currently switch out seasonal tires on three different cars right now. Which model? Are there special power demands? Pleased so far?

I just wrote a quickie review here.

Briefly, it's quick to get the car up and down, lifts a 911 perfectly, runs on standard 110V AC (12V version also available). It's maybe a bit overpriced for what it is, but a good solution if you don't have the height or space for a 2 or 4 post lift.

My “new to me” 01TT arrived from SoCal
its dialed in and had some very nice mods already. Will be adding Euro seats, cleaning, and taking some good pics to share along with my build thread.

cheers all, yes the car is quite a treasure for the age. Dan and Spedd Gallery did ALL of the preventative including 4.0Clutch LWFW, pinning, BBI bar, suspension and setup. It runs great and is very communicative. Look forward to a few DEs to stretch her legs!

thank you- I’m a big fan of the 996 platform and this is a well cared for car. Wasn’t cheap- nor were the latest upgrades... but hope to keep her and enjoy. It is bullet proof now and ready to cruise and carve while looking good!

Cleaned it finally, since the car stood almost 2 month in the docks...getting new 4 liter engine and rebuild gearbox.
Runs fast...

Happy Easter everyone..
