Finally was able to install the Manthey Racing intercooler scoops. I put in quite a bit of work to perfect the exposed carbon fiber look. Goes well with the Carbon Strosek type wing. I never got a chance to install my Joe Toth intercooler scoops. So I won’t have any comparison figures. Carbon closeup
Very cool - is it very noticeable? I will be doing mine soon.
it absolutely is. I haven't had the car long, but the interesting fact about turbo cars is that when / if you increase the boost pressure, you WILL typically feel the change.
I didn't want the super duper razors edge tune. I wanted something reliable and safe, Sam provided that. (along with some post sale support)
It was incredibly windy! Like 50-60+ mph sustained. Car did really well, PSM was intervening on me so I finally pulled up my big boy pants and turned it off. Went over 2 seconds faster! Car was still super stable with the PSM off, not sure why it kept cutting in on me, I never had to go opposite lock.
Unfortunately the wind was causing tons of timing issues and the event was running way behind. I had to take off before my afternoon runs so I could make it back in time for my sons soccer game.
Can't make Stick & Paddle, will be at the base. Hitting the next auto-x on May 18. Will have to really hammer to get the PSS9 install and alignment done in time...

Here's the video of my last morning run at auto-x. Left a ton of time out there and was planning on really leaning on the car for the afternoon runs but the event ran so far behind that I had to leave to make my sons soccer game. So missed out on my afternoon runs.
Oh yeah, I had to manually start/stop the Traqmate, so my actual time was something like 4 seconds faster.
