For sure, the fronts are just about finished. Coming out of anodizing. I'll post pictures when fully assembled.
You should be fine. I have done it with a basket, and I have seen other Porsche cars do it. 911's and Caymans.
My wheels + tire combo weight 40 lbs for front, and 45lbs for rears. Total of 170 lbs, just at the limit. Just make sure no speeding !

Prolly around 180# but I'll weigh everything and report back to you. I rolled the dice and did 80+ mph for a good portion of the commute home last night. I could view the four bolts that secured the wheels through my sun roof with my sun roof open and my rear view mirror. No problems.

Like that the wheels lay down (less wind resistance).
I guess my sunroof will be useful after all

I am sure Porsche suggest 165lbs but it should be ok with a few lbs over. Cool Picture
