KWs sit low. In my case I had to trim (front) and remove (rear) bumpstops to allow more travel.

Buy some good adjustable drop links front (curved for the AWD turbo) and rear. TRG, Tarret, etc.
I've got Rennline curved front DL's already. Dont have any rear adjustable ones yet. Also have a set of Eibach swaybars that will go in with the KW's.

So, if you removed your rear bumpstop dont you greatly rick damaging the damper if it bottoms out?

in for a complete engine rebuild.

4.2L kit with 800HP in goal. Engine, suspension, exhaust, clutch/flywheel etc etc.

Don't want to start a new thread for it, don't have all the photos for everything. But this will do for now

4.2L....*yawn*

What I've never seen before is a 996tt propped up by cardboard boxes.

I was concerned about that too. But after going to the track a hitting the curbing a little more aggressively each time around, no issues.

My clutch slave cylinder passed away and I ended up with a huge leak of hydraulic fluid in my garage...

I actually feel lucky because this happened just after a spirited drive in the canyons...things could have ended up pretty badly for me and for the other vehicles on that road!

Had a set of H&R springs installed on the front. He'd to stay stock on rear as the HRE wheels rubbed.

I'm in Atlanta and got caught slippin' driving my car to work on one of these recent rainy days. It was a monsoon going home but my 996TT was accelerating like a BEAST! I don't know if it was the cooler or more dense air but I liked it.

Those are the most comfortable Recaros available.

A friend has them in his 911and every time I sit in them I get jealous.

Had my indy install new front pads, did a brake fluid flush, and installed a front GT3 sway bar.
Waiting for Sunday to hit the track!

Looking at the post above. I got my roof rack to haul 2 wheels, using a 2' X 4' plywood with u-bolts. Maybe getting a basket to hold the other stuff too.
