Looks really nice! Please follow up with the final installation pictures.
Finished up the front bumper cover renewal, including installation of Rennline grille screens. No more clogging the radiators with leaves and debris.
Since I live in a non-front license plate state, I had the body shop fill in the license mounting holes. Color match for the slate grey metallic was perfect. I'm pleased with the way it turned out.
Tried to track down the reason for my CEL for secondary air. Replaced cracked vacuum hose to diverter valves, but it's still there after two drive cycles. The hunt continues.
Have you checked the Electric Change Over Valve? That's what it ended up being on my car - 40 part and it hasn't come back yet! I even passed my emissions test today!
Passed smog check here in Kali. Kind of bummed they don't sniff anymore. I used to like looking at the numbers to guage the health of the motor. Only thing I did was put black tape over the FORGE logos on my silicone inlet hoses. Does that make me a criminal?
I used that same kit and a similar Pioneer head unit. I had to trim the bezel so that the cup holder would not rub on it and knock it off every time the cup holder came out. Kit worked well did not need to cut any wires.
Have you refinished your calipers? How do those look so good? Mine are pink and chipping.
Nope, the calipers are original, vintage 2002.
The car was pretty clean when I bought it with 43K miles, cleaner now at 52K. The calipers look better now than they did then too...I guess the car hasn't been driven hard enough!
