My front bumper cover is currently being refinished to repair some cracks in the paint that existed when I bought my car. I'm taking the opportunity to add the Rennline wire mesh radiator protection kit. I'm still waiting to pick up the bumper cover, but in the meantime I went ahead and installed the wire mesh pieces behind the grilles. The fit is perfect and these will keep most of the debris out of my radiators. I cleaned them once, but will use a little compressed air to give them another cleaning before reinstalling the bumper cover assembly. Below are pictures, front and rear sides, of the factory grilles with the Rennline kit mounted and ready for installation onto the bumper cover:
Looks really nice! Please follow up with the final installation pictures.
Did Recaro Max do the embossing, or did you purchase the embossing tool and send it to him to do. I saw your earlier post with the embossing tool. Curious to know where you were able to get one made, and perhaps the cost.

3. Diamond stitch/contrast stitch.
Will take another week to arrive.
Search up Recaro Max on Facebook.

Hope to save you some time/headache....
All the fasteners like the one in this pic with the arrow where the tabs in the screen are not 100% flush and/or the clip itself is not 100% conformed to the plastic insert are going to be trouble. You have to get these conformed to the original part as possible or the bumper cover will not go correctly.
Just got it back from having it wrapped then coated in Ceramic Pro. They did the brakes and wheels in ceramic too while they had it apart. It's Avery light blue and turned out great.
Installed bilstein struts with RUF springs and
new Michelin pilot sports
changed trans oil with Mobilube ptx and what a beautiful difference this oil makes
i first had shell oil in the trans and wanted to make the trans shift better so I tried delvac then redline and now the mobilube. Wish I had seen powderhounds post on 6speed earlier about mobilube ptx, would have saved me a lot of grief.
Got my Kline catless finished up, I did black ceramic tips in my oven, had a spare set of tips.
This thing is LOUD at WOT but nice when cruising, very little drone.
No CEL with the J shaped O2 foulers.
Also did a new V-belt and fuel filter while I was in there.
Took a peek at the coils and I think they are ok for now, after only 30k miles on a stock car.
Was there good clearance with the 90 degrees O2 extender? Can you tell me which one you got and where you got them, Thanks! I got a Kline but a P0430 fault and trying to get rid of it.... Thanks!
I used these with the smallest constrictor, you will need some snap ring pliers, there is plenty of room with the catless pipes. I also wrapped the pipes with header wrap...smoked a bit at first but maybe worth some heat soak protection. I installed the J tubes with a bit of copper anti seize
I dropped the O2 sensor harnesses out of the car, made it all much easier. There is a video on youtube showing this by the light saver guy.
