There were most certainly some neat ones; a Vasek Polack rsr (supposedly), but it had a 993 3.6 in it, no word on what happened to the original motor.
A fellow with a pristine 356 that he had since new, picked up in Germany, drove all over Europe, brought it to Canada, drove it all over North America... Looked new.
There is a fellow in florida who is very popular w/ the 944/964/930 guys that does good work and can rebuild for a fair price
What I have decided on it to put rods and pistons in, then the 980s... Going to stay at 3.6, and I understand that the Pauter rods are direct drop in with no clearancing required.
Interestingly, so far, there hasn't been any oil leakage, but it's only been driven 40kns today.

Being that it is a large frame turbo...you could probably run it stock unless you really plan to lean on it?
Do you plan on keeping those k24s?

Forget about the motor! Do you know how Vasek Polak met his demise?
He bought it at speed on the Autobahn in a Porsche 993 Turbo, and died as a result. He had opened the very first Porsche dealership stateside in the late 1950's in Hermosa beach CA. I've been there. Was a terrific dealership given his and it's rep but I did all my buying in LA proper. He was a Czech and not a Polack!
That was a lot of pics of a lot of cars you posted. Looked like a fun meet!
