Geoffrey, the TCF is set to 1.

Geoffrey can explain what TCF means. I believe that he sets his also to 1. Geoffrey if you can, post the dyno sheet as a comparison.

WOW 20-25% would put this kit over 800hp/tq at the flywheel. Now these are the numbers for the 3a kit on race gas right Kevin? Are the numbers on the 3B kit higher and what are they? Is it safe to run that much power on the stock engine (3a power)?

Jags, like I have previously told you the torque and HP have been lowered for 3A.. The pump gas file is okay. This dyno sheet will be expanded on the 3"B" with the 7500 RPM and more efficient cylinder heads/exhaust. I'm really excited to even think about a safe-higher RPM'd OBD2 compliant engine.. And yes there is a MAF solution on this package..

So Kevin, 800hp is safe on a stock engine?

No, 650 crank is the red zone.. 700 crank really stretching it.. Pump gas with Stage 3A with torque being pulled down a little is something that I can live with. The dyno sheet that KPG posted requires Rods.. Hense the 3B kit..

But KPG wrote in his original post that the dyno was of the 3a kit which does not come internals correct?

So is this dyno of a 3a or 3b kit?

Jags the dyno sheet is one of the files that was tuned for the Stage 3A kit. Anotherwords while tuning we were hitting these numbers, and higher.. This tuned file will not be released in a 3"A" tuning package. However, it was the numbers produced while tuning the 3"A" kit. It might be a low power race file for the 3"B" kit.. Thing have changed in the last month with the cylinder head program and special reinforced Arrow rod program. With the rods, we can increase the RPM higher than the 3"A" kit.

So this dyno sheet is not what a 3a kit will be producing?

3"A" kit can produce those numbers and did. However the race gase file is "Tamed" and restricted to save the integrity of the engine. 3"B" leave off where 3"A" left and climbs to 7500 RPM.. The pump gas file is left alone and you can view it overlayed over the RUF baseline file.

Thankyou for the clarification

Kevin, I have not yet completed the twin turbo GT3 Cup car engine project with MoTeC, so I don't yet have a graph to post. It is also running k24/26 FVD turbos which I am unfamiliar with and I don't think they'll match yours in effeciency and they don't have any wastegate modifications. The car will be running at the PCA Sebring club race so it will be done in the next several weeks.

Very interesting. I'd love to hear more about this project.

I'm working with a shop that put together a factory GT3R with turbo quarter panels, RSR suspension, and we designed a GT3 cup engine with twin turbos and drive by wire controlled by a MoTeC ECU. Given how my last MoTeC 996 GT2 engine project was received here on Rennlist, I'll probably pass on this one. I don't have one of those engine dynos where you use quarter square paper and a pencil to plot the dyno curve...

Default GT3RS Crank

After lengthy discussions with my tuner and my therapist,( same person) I have decided to just split the case and make this lump bulletproof. We are going to add a 9K rpm GT3RS crank with all the associated upgrades. The case will be sent out and shufflepinned to prevent case walk, and overall oiling issues will be addressed. The entire rotating assembly from the flywheel to the crank pulley will be balanced... It just makes more sense to do this now and try to avoid a later upgrade. I am confident that this high rpm engine and no lag turbos will set a new standard. It will lay the foundation for the TopSecret items brewing in the UMW SkunkWorks...STG4 Kevin
