Kevin, Its Eric Malone (Jet Ski). I wanted to let you no that we replaced 2 front bearings and seals on the front diff., and it works as good as new. I also had a question about a strange dronning sound at about 3k RPM's pretty much in any gear when barely on the throttle. It is loud, and the check engine light starts to flash. Do you have any thoughts on what that might be? Thanks for handing over the confidence in regards to the front diff. 814-207-9709.

    Hi Kevin,
At airport waiting for flight to Philly that is weather delayed. Getting a V-22 and Chinook tour tomorrow at the plant, then on to DC on Saturday. We are building a new office complex in Crystal City right across from the Pentagon. Looking at the vertical stab of the A320, I think they undersized this thing, next time you see an A320 check it out and you will see what I mean in comparison to the 737. Send me some pics of the turbochargers if you get a chance. There is a guy from the Porsche Club that has a GT3 RS that I have done a few local tours with, we have fun chasing each other. He hosed me in the turns and just kept up with me in straights.....

In the graph you posted, there are 2 lines, one white and the other blue I believe. Which line is what ?
Help me understand what I am looking at ?

It would be interesting to see a before and after graph, of factory OEM turbos, then a graph of your hybrid turbos.

I have a question for you if you don't mind. I'm trying to sell my 993TT and I've had a couple of interested buyers back off when I go over the service history and tell them that the odometer has been repaired. There was nothing devious about that -- it simply stopped working and I had it repaired immediately after my son noticed that it wasn't turning. Unfortunately, I can tell from my records that it most have been frozen for close to a year, but I only drive about 1,000 miles a year so it isn't far off (the car has 34,000 miles).

My mechanic is a well-known Porsche specialist in the Houston area (Sam Shalala at Pro Technik) and I asked him to comment on the buyer reactions. He said anyone that thinks an odometer repair on a Porsche is unusual hasn't spent a lot of time around Porsches.

Have you noticed many odometer problems with Porsches and would an odometer repair discourage you from buying a car?

    Best regards,

    Paul (Careener)
