The one on the edge extends into the edge but doesn't breach the other side. The other crack in the pic is pretty significant. Definitely catches a nail.

Sure I might be able to get another day or two if I push it but is it really worth the risk?

I'd replace them. No reason to gamble to get one more day.

At Barber this past weekend the tech guys would not let me go out after my first session due to excessive cracking of front rotors.

They were Deman w/ 14,000 street miles and 24 track days. Pads during the season and a half I used them were PFC 08.

My previous Brake Performance Cayenne rotors got 11,400 street miles and 18 track days. Of course, they are cheaper.

I was lucky to have a friend at the track w/ a spare pair of NIB drilled Sebros and I bought them from him. I would have preferred slotted but was very fortunate to be able to continue. [Even though it was hot and a slow track.]

Any tips on how to find the right size pads to fit the PCCB rotors over iron/steel rotors?

P.S. I am in the conservative camp who wouldn't go on track with either of the rotors pictured above. Yikes.

I don't think I understand your question, but PCCB and steel brakes share the same pad size...

Yes, you understood my question. I didn't realize the pad sizes were the same, especially with the rear rotors being larger diameter. So that answers it perfectly, thanks!

any Cayenne (up to 2014 at least), with 350mm option
If you need a simple application, try a 2005 Cayenne Turbo without PowerPack/380mm.

Thanks Rob. I see that Brembo makes them in a slotted 350mm version.

pfc08.. All the orange is rust from washing the car.

Brake wear seems to be all over with this car. I'm definitely getting less life than most. Must be a function of speed.

Just having fun. I have a few more days left on my Deman rotors. I have a set of Giro Discs I'm planning on dumping for a loss (new in box) and will go back to one of the rotors of Deman or LC probably.

Have you tried ate? How long do they last for you vs deman?

I'm inclined to try the AP racing rotors next.
