Giros have a TAPERED slot to greatly reduce the stress risers which accompany the 90 degree sharp angle cuts which you DO NOT want -

Anyone know if these are the right rotors for the GT3 steel replacements?

I ordered ATEs from Oscaroparts on Nov. 14 and they said they were out of stock for GT3 sizes with no replacement ETA.

Why not pick up a set from us? We stock our own 350 fronts, 330 & 350 rears. Cast right here in CNY and machined on our CNC equipment.

Even better we are running a sale in celebration of my father:

Get a $50 off a set of fronts (350 mm), Get $50 of a set of rears

That is super annoying.... I didn't get any notification yet.
I guess waiting a month or three wouldn't bother me too much @ $50/rotor but the website doesn't indicate any supply issue.

Deman rotors lasted the equivalent of 14 days for me. Hairline cracks to the edge visible when cool. A lot more are visible when the rotor is hot.

Not a complete failure like the brake performance rotors.

Bought a set of ate to run next. Will report back.

We are currently running a fantastic sale on our GT3 fitments..... $450.00 per set of Fronts, $450.00 per set of Rears (either 350 mm or 330 mm) with free shipping.

This offer excludes the 380 mm front fitments.

Check out our post in Racing and HPDE forum.

Just email us and mention the Rennlist offer and we will hook you up.

Cheers,
Chris

For those who run ATE Cayenne S 350mm rotors on the front of a PCCB 996 GT3, what brand do you run on the rear? (I assume 997 Turbo rotors as I've heard they are a direct match.) And what fitment brake pads do you use for this Frankenstein setup?
