I think the AP looks great.

But I saw that Brembo makes slotted front rotors for Cayenne S (350mm) so I ordered a set of those to give it a try. Will post some pictures when they arrive. Come out to be about $315 shipped. (for the pair)

The part # is: W0133-1942891

You can Google it to see what it looks like.

Probably no better than the other 1-piece cheap Cayenne rotors, but figured that they are cheap enough to give that a try.

Please report back, curious how they work out for you. They fit 997 GT3's also right?

Yeah, but only for non-PCCB cars with the 350mm rotors.

My previous Brake Performance Cayenne rotors got 11,400 street miles and 18 track days. Of course, they are cheaper.

I was lucky to have a friend at the track w/ a spare pair of NIB drilled Sebros and I bought them from him. I would have preferred slotted but was very fortunate to be able to continue. [Even though it was hot and a slow track.]
Excuse my ignorance here as it might be a little hard to tell from the pic but none of those cracks go to the edge of the rotor? Or do they and I'm just not looking hard enough? It was always my thinking that unless they go to the edge then you're good to go?

Chris, do you have picture of the rear 350mm slotted rotors? I assume it retains the parking brake functionality?

I will post a photo later tonight.... our rotors do retain the E-brake system.

Default GT3 Rears

These were cut this way per a customer request... Our normal pattern is long angled slots that match our front pattern.

I'll probably stick to the ATE discs as I get them for ~$180/pair on sale locally...but the Brembo slotted do look nice....
Anyone running Panamera rear discs here?...

I have a customer that runs them and likes the results thus far. The specials posted above were cut to match that pattern via a customer request.

I used the Cayenne rotors from Brake Performance, lasted 6 track weekends, but since they had warranty, returned them for $60 in shipping and got the next set free.

However, my friend and colleague gave me his extra 2 piece Brembo front rotors, so now I'm adding and buying upgraded set 997 Turbo 350mm in the rear, but this require a dog bone spacer. Should give more grip in the rear.

I did not see any single crack going to the edge. There are some long ones that get close, then another one just to the side picks up and goes to the edge. I thought I could get the one last event out of them. I texted Rick Deman from the track w/ photos to get his opinion but did not (and have not) heard back. Of course that was early Sat. a.m.

Removed these cheap StopTech / Centric rotors tonight. They were installed in Sept. 2013. So I am guessing maybe around 15-20 DE and 10 autoX?

One side had a crack that went to the edge, so they are done. Put the Brembo Cayenne S rotors on now.
