What is the price per pound worth ? When you run out of easy things then it gets more expensive. When you start making titaninum 6oz wheel weights you have lost it.
Im right in the middle

Power = going
Weight= going , stopping, cornering

Hey did you ever get a wing? I started 3 wings for customer GT3 Cup .
ALMS winning Porsche track engineer in shop next door say GT3 Cup wing
most downforce less drag. So I make

Auto - that stuff is NSFW! What is width of wing - stock or wider?
And did the ALMS engineer make that comment knowing about your RSR wing?

No, not yet. Discussion on other thread kind of died off.

Spoke with Scott Good a bit, but me and my evil alter ego are debating whether I should get a Getty lid + a Good wing. I have the OEM RS wing, so it's not exactly crap... I think.

Would love to find a solution that would retain my stock deck lid, but raise the wing, or allow me to adapt a bigger (cup?) wing.

Per you comments, "cup wing has more downforce, less drag"... than what?

I went with the 2010 cup wing from getty. Stupid light. Never weighed it but it's carbon and feels bizarre to hold as it's gigantic yet can be held easily with one hand.

Rember I am just the builder so all I would be guessing but I would imagine that when a top ALMS team rents a wind tunnel for the day or rents the whole track they are not bringing stuff from Getty or MA Shaw.

autosea,

A quick question: How do you determine the profile of the wing? I assume that's fairly critical?

I am sure if you make those wings a direct bolt-on to the street GT3 uprights, you will sell quite a few of those! (But who knows.. not sure how many people bought the wings from Aeromotion, so...)

Agreed.

Is there more info about these wings somewhere? Website or something?
