Default New exhaust valve

OEM new valve vs old valve. Old valve is 4 thou shorter. Will replace all 12.

For me, I use the $70 eastwood soda/media blasting starter kit. I don't use the media (fine glass) though...should have just got the cheaper soda only kit.

Wow, that stuff just looks beautiful! I was so tempted to do my wheel carriers while I had them off, but the urge to finish and drive the car was too strong Besides, mine is far from a show car... Maybe someday though...maybe next winter

Another "Cheer" post for Ahsai's great work so far on his engine rebuild, incredible details and dedications in learning as much as possible about this engine. I tag along to try to see how this engine is put together and great learning for me so far as well, thanks for your posts with pics. I really enjoy it too... Subscribed!!!

Pics of new OE valve seals, intake and exhaust springs. All springs will be replaced.
