It's been listed on Craigslist here at 37.7k for a while, not sure why it hasn't sold yet. Not a huge fan of the carbon interior, but otherwise seemed decent for the price.

That's at Cars Dawydiak, and IIRC, it's at Pine & Franklin in San Francisco. Back in the early '90's I lived out there and was friends and did some business with Walter Dawydiak (who has a fondless for Porsches), a stand-up guy who was building a 1st class business. From their web site pictures, it sure looks like he's done well.
