I'm just curious when is the car market hottest and when is it very slow? I'd figure from after tax season to beginning of school in fall it should be pretty hot. Is my thinking correct?

I have seen this add a couple of times when I first started looking for cars
I am pretty sure it was the same car listed in Wyoming and when I called and said I would come look the car the seller had some BS story about it not being there.

It seems to be a '74 or later car. The '71 trunk area of the chassis/tub looked like this (hence the "long hood" for shorthand).
Struggling to understand how that could be modified to result in the advertised car; never seen it done. A nicely done project of that vintage will still ordinarily come out with a snout something like this:

Are you guys aware this is a rebuilt title? Still cheap for a low mile driver, but hard to classify anything with a rebuilt title as deal of the century material
I'd certainly gamble on a rebuilt title with what appears to be a moderate front end collision. Especially at the current price of $12,700. Too bad it's a convertible.
