I put my name on the waitlist but have not heard back.

Going there the 16th for a private day. Excited about that. There is also a mass tuning full day 7/3.

Such quick laps there. Have fun.

I might have a work thing that I can't get out of that day (6/9). I ran LRP two weeks ago and I'm going again on 7/6, so if it can't happen I guess I'll be OK.
That reminds me I owe some videos of Thompson last week.

sorry no vids or pics. I was there with mid-ohio pca and it was my first time there. I started in the blue group with an instructor and solo'ed the 2nd day. I would definately get an instructor if its your first time. Its a fairly technical course and there r good reference points but u need to be taught where the lines r.

No track photographers, but a few paddock pics from my first time out with the 996 last month at NJMP hosted by the local PCA region. Clear skies and great time learning the car.

I have an SCCA TNiA event at Dominion next week.

Tried autocross for the first time yesterday since it was 10 minutes from my house. Got lost the first two runs!

Jnelso and I made it out to Thompson Speedway for another Track Night in America on the 24th. I drove my VW instead of my 911 so no video, you're not interested in that anyway. Although were in the same run group I never saw Jack driving. Turns out we were going almost the same speed; he's 2 seconds/lap faster than I am.
There were quite a few 996's there - two GT3's and a C2 with an FSI engine that had a mechanical problem requiring a tow off-track. I talked to the C2 driver before and after and he seemed like a nice guy, he didn't know what happened.

I got off the waitlist on Monday but had work obligations. Wish I had made it.
At Lime Rock next Saturday.

Yes, would have been great! The advanced group was kind of empty, actually.

Jason, Jack and I are going to Lime Rock on Tuesday the 6th with SCDA - because it's an unmuffled day! Jason would never fit under their sound restrictions lol.
