A lot of 996 supply is currently being dumped on the market. Haven't looked at the quality of it yet.
Curious how many folks that have historically participated on this thread have sold? Not hearing from many anymore. Either the excitement is gone, or they are past the pandemic and back to work, or maybee they have sold.
