Question - Did you have any modifications to the factory wiring? Anything at all?
If not, then I'd be on the phone with the vendor that sold you the unit and copy the YouTube video to them and explain the problem. This appears to be a faulty unit straight out of the box. Happens.
The PCCM+ unit should function (i.e. touch screen, buttons, *****, etc) with just the power/ground cable SOCKET A connected.

For those who have installed PCCM+ on 01~02 model, where did you guys buy "ISO adapter with resistance for high gain to amp"? I was hoping that I could buy one from US-based retailers.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I'm just waiting for my unit to arrive this week and looking forward to installing it to get rid of the CDR-23. I've been using an FM transmitter for streaming and the sound quality is not the greatest. I've already relocated the AC unit to the bottom and drilled out and installed two USB ports on the lower trim piece. Still debating if I should even source and install a 3.5 auxiliary extension. Hopefully the media box could fit on the tray with the most converter. Looking for best place to mount the mic as and GPS.

Pccm+ C4S 2004 no sound
I read through all the posts on this (I think) I believe I have a MOST system, no brown plug. I have everything connected, except the yellow plug (no place to plug in on the pccm+). No sound, have switched to AMP by holding down the “volume” under settings. Have powered off and disconnected battery. Do I need to rewrire the speaker wires on the yellow plug to the supplied brown plug and bypass amp altogether?
Hate to take to the dealer and get made fun off at this point for not being able to figure this out....

Take off the loop plug and plug the black on into the black box. Remove the plastic protector first! your last pic shows you basically capped off your most with the loop, so of course no sound from the unit. You don't need to plug the loop to anything since you have most. Just plug the cable directly to the black converter box on top, just remove the plastic protector first that's sticking out.

Remove this piece by pulling straight out to reveal the connector that I circled in the photo and then plug it in.It’s just a protector.
