"It OK to say... it's NOT OK to say"???

What are you, the RL forum speech police?

Jake Raby just responded to the reasoning (above). If you really want to know the specifics of the R-series engines, then take his opportunity to find out more. When the person that creates these engines requests that I not openly post information on the forums, I don't have to question it, I know he has a good reason why he doesn't want that to happen.

p.s. No, I don't know the formula to classic Coca-Cola just because I live in Georgia.

Facepalm... It's OK for you to say it makes MORE than XXX. NOT OK for you to actually give a number.

I don't understand the rules I guess...

ETA... The coke thing went way over my head, chalk that up to another in a long list of things I don't understand.

These are things I show in my M9X Engine Performance Class. Graphs, and how we achieve, and hone the combination to attain them. I make sure the graphs are 2- 3 generations old, and not current, but I do teach people what they need to know to design an engine combination that is efficient, won't fail, and will do everything really well. No, that class isn't cheap.

I call the other guys all the time, and I love to hear them tell me about how I do this all wrong. It's fairly comical.

This isn't very complicated. Jake chooses to run his business his way. Discloses what he wants to disclose, who he wants to disclose it to, and how he wants to disclose it. From everything I know it works for him and MORE IMPORTANTLY, it apparently works for his customers who are as loyal as any business could ever hope to have. Yet to see any posts from anyone claiming they didn't get what they bargained for.

Assuming your post was directed at me... I agree, pretty simple.

But I do.
That “car” is like wearing a toupee.
It’s not fooling anyone and everyone is laughing after you pass by.

While i guess if you worry about these everyone else's you speak of... I'll take you word for it. That sounds like a sucky way to go about this hobby.

I like cars cause they're fun and I don't give a flying eff about this everyone you speak of.

That car, to me - Looks like FUN !
