Default Gauge dial color change

Changed the gauge faces today. My hazard switch cracked apart on removal but otherwise pretty fun mod. The car is black w speed yellow calipers. Figured this might be a fun accent.

Installed some red vinyl graphics to break up the sea of black . My wife and I did both sides in about 1.5 hours , took our time . I think it came out good . Red calipers are next .

Default Ski Trip

Well, it was yesterday that I loaded it for the drive to Vermont.

Today’s activity was locating it after a great day of skiing. Can you identify the 03 C4S in this photo?

Does anyone know a wheel paint code for the OEM silver? Is it possible to buy in pint or quart form?

You can buy oem paint colors in different shapes and sizes. Bought Seal greay from them to do my center console. Paint was great. They take 2-3 weeks to get it too you.

Sorry man. Never checked if they have it. I would call up your local dealership.

NewbieFromNY - It doesn’t appear you’ll have too much difficulty when you get around to recovering/repairing the seats covers!

Started preparing for the 2024 season! Took off the tints on the door windows, and am considering coming back for the rear glass + quarter windows later for a full fishbowl effect; using a small steamer made it a breeze. Was less successful resolving my taillight issues, I replaced a bulb but am still missing the secondary light phase when I press the brake with the headlights on. Also played chicken with the apartment complex gods by doing an oil change while a unit was running "open house" tours, got a few side eyes from folks touring the accompanying parking space. Blackstone sample is ready to go, and Feal 411 coilover install coming next week!

Also including a photo of my 'packout' setup from the night before... I live a ~10 minute walk from where I park, so it feels like I have to prepare for war every time. Nothing worse than being in a basement garage mid-project and realizing you need to make a 20min detour to get your 10mm socket.

First Post here on the forum, but I am newest owner of a 2003 C2 Cab. Nothing sexy, but she just got a new starter, motor mounts, frunk struts and cabin filter. I'm just making my way through and updating all of the little bits of this and that that have been neglected or worn out over her first 150k. The new motor mounts make it feel like a brand new car! Old ones were smoked, and probably have been for a while. I'm betting I got a taste of what the NVH would be with solid mounts without the benefits of improved performance! Looking forward to working through the 101 projects book, 2 down, 99 to go!

Preventatively changed the water pump, expansion tank, and all pulleys on my ‘99 996 with 95k km on it. The original pump and tank both looked fine, no leaks at all, but glad to have a peace of mind.

70% ceramic window tint all around.

Replaced original mufflers with Top Gear.

Also got my first Blackstone oil report and all looks good! Excited for many more years with this car.
