Thanks! That's a solid tip as I didn't think of that. Will go that route if need be. The goal was to fish the intakes onto it. Let's just say I've gotten pretty good at removing them

Wasn't today, but recently...got the PCCM Plus installed! I'll be back with some pics of the car next week when it's back from Redline Restorations where they are doing a full body paint correction and lifetime Ceramic Pro application on the car

PCCM is on the list of things to get for the interior, outside of being expensive it looks like a really nice piece.

I don't get why Carplay requires a cable connection. That is a major turn-off.

I installed a Pioneer double din unit with wireless Carplay a year ago at half thje price. As I get in the car with my iphone in my pocket, it connects.

Got myself an EZ Pass transponder, while not anything exciting, it makes getting around easier.

What model audio? Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX $646.35 from Crutchfield. I also got Metra 99 Porsche Kit 99-96058, $6.55. Metra wire harness 70-1787, $4.36, and Audiovox ACA800 backup camera, $69.99.
Works great. I'm happy. On a long drive I plug my phone in to charge, otherwise phone stays in my pocket.

Can you post a pic of the install? I’ll look that up on crutchfield. Maybe with my less than perfect eyesight, backing up by Braille, might not be a good idea.

Just curious, did you break any bolts removing the stock manifolds?

Stock manifolds have seen about 1500 miles since the most recent rebuild so my experience may not be representative, but no. Still went through the typical preventative measures (PB blaster and hammer taps) anyway though.
