That looks fantastic! Love white cars, especially when clean.

Not as exciting but I'll be fixing my heat / foam flying from vents issue. Picked up this foam from Amazon to use

I woke up this morning and said to myself, "Self, I'm sorry but it's just too nice for work so I'm afraid you're going to have to call in sick". So I did.

Went for a drive.
The cliffs...

They are unstable...

Since the car was all warmed up, I decided to change the oil before tomorrow's big SMOG test.

Old oil looked good.

Magentic plug looked good.

Filter pleats good.

So, fresh oil and a new filter and I'm ready for my SMOG test.

I installed a new IPD Competition plenum and reinstalled my 997 GT3 throttle body.
I now have one of Ben‘s Plenums that allows for a 997 GT3 throttle body in a C2 if anyone is interested.

Last weekend I was driving and the low coolant light started flashing.
I stopped the engine and when I restarted it was fine.
The coolant was above minimum so I assumed the UAOS diaphragm had failed.
I „drained“ my accumulator and all I got was 1 drop.
I’m going to hopefully get a chance to go for a drive this weekend and I‘ll test the UAOS with my manometer.

I am curious of the low coolant light flashing too. I too have IPD Competition plenum and a 997 GT3 throttle body. I talked to Skip about it and he sent me a replacement sensor for the UAOS. I just got the car back on the ground last Sunday (had it up for 0.5qt increase in oil pan change) and been driving it everyday this week. I will get the low coolant light flashing everyday but at different times (it was consistently on right before the water temp hits 100). The low coolant light would go gone either right before the 100 or later at the 180 water temps. Funny thing is, after I turn off the car, come back in a few minute and start it up, the warning is gone.

I plan to reach out to Skip again with my results of the new coolant sensor, but saw this post and wonder if the IPD is contributing to this warning light somehow.....

Replaced the clutch pedal boost spring. And I thought working under jack stands was a PITA. So satisfying though.

Hopefully getting this fuel injector replaced will cure my intermittent misfire on cylinder 5 on my C4S. Looking forward to new cats and more sound.

Was spring broken? Did you replace with stock spring or what?

Paddlefoot - pedal didn’t feel right. Spring didn’t appear broken on inspection. But there are internals in the housing that may have worn. New spring housing feels normal. Just went with URO.

Under the dash is hard, even for super flexible people. The seat, however, comes out easily with just 4 bolts, and that can make things easier.
