Nice. Don't think a clay bar would be able to do that for me...

Thanks. After I posted I did a search and saw that the issue is a known "thing" with these cars.

I sprayed in some regular Deoxit which didn't work.

So then I used the Deoxit V.S.O.P. version and it worked. I have the stuff needed for the permanent fix in my Sunset shopping cart in case the light comes back.

Replaced motor mounts. I think it was needed:

Driver side: New on left. Old on right. Passenger side was similar.

Where did you buy those? My local dealer says Porsche has a 1 year backlog and no end in sight.

Went for a Christmas afternoon drive. Parts of Oklahoma are still kind of wild. Let sleeping bison sleep...

Used the snow shovel to remove all the snow from the Porsche garage and to move it into the other garage in order to install an LN Solution, new main seal, clutch, throwout bearing, check the flywheel, AOS, new Brambacher pan, and new oil..... I want the car to have new oil while it sleeps.......if I can still feel my fingers......as it was impossible with the snowblower because a large tree limb prevented access. The joys of living in the woods surrounded by parkland.

Installed these puddle lights. One nice gent and a fellow 40th Anniversary car owner made these for a group and mine finally arrived from UK.
