Picked up my C4S Cab about 2 months ago with 61K miles on it. Thought it ran decent and but the first cold shift into 3rd was a bit tricky with the factory short shifter. It also had an intermittent issue with the ABS and PSM lights coming on occasionally but would go away with a restart. I Checked the codes and it was a MAF issue. First, I cleaned the MAF, but the issue would still come back. Finally, last week the Check Engine light came on. I replaced the MAF with a Bosch unit and replaced the K&N Cold Air kit with a factory air box. WOW!!! What a difference. Much better throttle response to the car. I guess the car was always running a little off due to the MAF issue.

Since I have had the car, I have replaced Trans fluid (much better shifting now), Changed the oil (dropped the pan and inspected it), changed the oil filter (inspected old one and nothing in it), and flushed the brakes and clutch systems with ATE fluid. Car is running great now.

Next item is dropping the trans and doing IMS Solution, RMS and AOS. Clutch should be fine as it was replaced at 45K miles. I Need to wait a month or two until the weather warms up a bit for that major overhaul.

You don't have where you're from in your signature, but I'll be interested to see how long those last...

...and then I drive it just a little bit slower. Even in the wet, I still love that rumbling behind me!

Nobody in Portlandia will jack Tommy Tuite’s stem caps ‘cuz they all have Presta valves, not Schraders, on their bikes.

+1 on the tubulars. I gave 'em up years ago with the first tubeless set up and haven't looked back.

Now you've got to get some factory racks and throw a couple of bike trays on top (what I'm doing once I get 3 out of 4 mounting points drilled out and tapped...)
