It’s not complex to install and fits into the lower front bumper brilliantly. Is also seemingly well made - is very solid. off top of my head, strip frunk, get front of car in air, remove two Phillips head screws from under bumper, remove one larger drain plug. Screw the large bolt through the drain plug, insert new screws and tighten main bolt. Boom done. Replace all the stuff into frunk, lower car!
Thanks. Seems straightforward ....my car has aerokit II, the front spoiler has scratches on the underside from rubbing. I plan on lowering the car as well. I guess this will serve as an indicator of contact instead of the bumper/spoiler.
After just getting it back from a new bumper and paint after someone backed into it I noticed that the drivers side mirror adjustment is no longer working, the digital display on the tach is out and now the power steering pump seals all need to be replaced as it is making a god awful sound when I turn left and leaking fluid on the exhaust which burns nicely! Makes me wonder what the body shop got up to when it was with them for 4 weeks but I checked the odometer and it didn't do extra miles so not a Ferris Beuler moment I think - One step forward and two steps back every time - but I still love it!
these look fantastic, but HRE just took the FM5/Profil5 design, put maybe a touch more angle on the spokes, and threw their logo on it. since i have the Profil5s on my C4S, i think they both look great!
