You've heard the term dripping in carbon fiber, well that thing is dripping in magnesium AND carbon fiber. A true work of art.

Congratulations on your find!
Brakes. I would not feel comfortable until the entire braking system is completely overhauled.
Also, as others have mentioned, rust may have accumulated on the cylinder walls and the piston rings may have become stuck in their lands.
One of the best penetrating oils ( although highly flammable) is a homemade 50/50 mixture of ATF and acetone.
We are all looking forward to more pictures.
