"These cars were just $100,000 last year" open your eyes to literally this entire thread and the countless examples shown and sold.

From looking at your post history, you've been trying to find a WB 993 at some sort of steal or below-cost price for over a year. Doesn't exist. Buy it, it's a fair deal, or stop pretending.

I started looking for WB 993s 6 years ago. I bought both my 993 wide bodies via Rennlist between 4-6 years ago. Owned them both at the same time for years. Since, phased out of the 993 itch and have sold them both. Kept the 964s.

There are still some of the same folks that were looking back then still ‘looking’ today.

If they didn’t buy a car when they were between $60-$80k what says they’ll buy one now at $135-$150k plus?

Let’s move onto the next market example please:
That tarek car is a good one. Sport seats plus red brakes is a high value that comes with a premium worth paying. Next!

To be fair, $135k for a 46k C2s with an accident is high. If that really is the market, then this forum is going to look a lot different in a few years.

I'm putting a feeler out for my 1997 Ocean blue C2S with grey and black trim interior ..45k miles. It has KW V3 coilovers, short shift kit, Fabspeed exhaust system, and Continental Blue tooth audio. Clean carfax and mostly all original paint with a few areas of touch up. Fully serviced with new tires and hollow spoke twists, just completed a compression test and had new spark plugs installed along with all fresh fluids. PM if interested.

agree… hold out and pay up for an accident free example… when it comes to six figure plus cars there are plenty with a clean carfax.

the car has LSD turbo brakes and sports seats, an accident from 20 years ago, who really cares, it’s probably priced $35,000-$40,000 below market for one without an accident on record, it’s a great deal.

Just 2 weeks ago a 68k mile one without these options sold for $183,000 after fees on bat, week before a 104k mile one for $151,000 and a 53k mile one also no sports seats or lsd for $176,000. If I was in the maket at this moment I wouldn’t hesitate to snap up that deal.

you could also try to find a Canadian car, they go for much less but if you calculate it all in the end you would come out far ahead, this one today s a great example if you’re ready to deal with shipping and customs

I'm 99% sure that car was recently on BAT and did not meet reserve. IIRC the top bid was about $131,000.

Seller is passionate and believe would gladly answer questions or address concerns.

There is no history on the accident which is the part that would be concerning.

I mean GLWS - the seller is being transparent with the sale, so I can respect it. No surprises and that’s all you can ask for.

For what it's worth, my insurance company just agreed to raise the value of my car to $180,000.
